US General Services Administration

TTV Architects has an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with the US General Services Administration- Region 4. Since 2007, TTV successfully completed over 42 Federal Facility projects throughout the Southeastern United States. Renovation project sizes range from 3,000sf to over 350,000sf, with construction costs ranging from under $100,000 to over $4 million. TTV has provided full Architectural/Engineering services for agencies including US Court of Appeals, US Marshal Service, US Bankruptcy Court, US District Court, IRS, TSA, and others. Completed projects include major Renovations, Additions, BIM, Historic Restoration, Whole Building Studies, Energy Upgrades, Photovoltaic Studies, Master Planning, and ADA/Life Safety Compliance. Services for these projects include Architectural, Interior Design, Civil, MEP&FP, Structural, Cost Estimating, ADA/Life Safety Compliance, Acoustical, and full Construction Administration.
