University of FLorida – I.T. Building

TTV Architects is proud to share photos from a recent renovation for the University of Florida’s I.T. Department. This project involved the build-out of 13,000 sf which included adding multiple open office spaces, various meeting spaces, large break/meeting room, a lactation room, locker room with shower, and a bike storage room.
This fresh and innovative space allows for numerous opportunities to collaborate in a variety of small, medium, and large meeting rooms, along with an extended corridor that houses an oversized whiteboard, and mini whiteboards placed throughout the workstations.
We used suspended light fixtures that varied in size and shape while alternating from direct to indirect lighting throughout. The bold blue wall color with orange furniture accents champions the university’s brand and sets a distinct tone for the entire area.
