TTV Architects was selected to design this $16 million oceanfront residence in Ponte Vedra, Florida. The site proved to be a challenge due to the protected dunes and the steep drop off on the east side of the house. The solution proved to be one of the most interesting features of the interior, a gallery space which runs through the center of the 12,000 sf house. This space provides a link between the public spaces on the oceanfront and the more private spaces, located on the west side of the residence. The space is a great place for social gatherings.
