TTV Architects, Inc and HITT Contracting joined for this design build for the United States General Services Administration (GSA), Southeast Sunbelt Region, Atlanta, GA. The area of renovation was 8,800 sf and construction cost was approx. $1.2 Million. The Scope of work was for space modifications on the First Floor of the Stephens Building in Athens, Ga. to accommodate the National Agricultural Statistics Service, NASS of USDA.
