TTV Architects provided comprehensive architectural services—including programming, design, construction documents, and construction administration—for Jacksonville University’s new College of Law. Situated in the historic former Atlantic Bank Building in downtown Jacksonville, this 50,000-square-foot renovation transforms four floors into a modern, state-of-the-art academic environment while preserving key elements of the building’s storied past.

The reimagined space features flexible, technology-enhanced classrooms, study and common areas, faculty and staff offices, meeting spaces, and a law library. Thoughtful design integrates contemporary finishes with historic architectural details, including exposed original steel columns, intricate ornamental plaster ceilings, and a meticulously restored wood-paneled meeting room—creating a setting that bridges tradition and innovation.

With an expedited construction schedule, the project was successfully completed prior to the start of the fall 2024 semester, ensuring students and faculty could seamlessly transition into their new learning environment on time.
