FBC – Adult Educational Building
Jacksonville, Florida

The 40,000 sf facility was designed primarily for the church’s senior adult community. Located within the church’s 11-block campus in downtown Jacksonville, the $5 million project incorporates a variety of functions including café, chapel, classrooms, fitness center and walking track. Interior finishes constitute a restrained elegance utilizing simple detailing, warm colors, and soft lighting. Pre-cast concrete, cement stucco and blue-green glass all contribute to the building’s strong presence as it sits on the corner of the campus across from the church’s Main Auditorium.
