TTV Architects, in association with Citiscape, Inc., were retained by SW Cosmetic Surgery Center in Sugar Land, TX, to design a 5500 sf facility. The center consists of exam rooms, consultation rooms, clean and dirty rooms, offices, 2 surgery rooms complete with medical gas, and a recovery room. The center also has a skin care area. The facility is AAAASF certified.
The challenge was to complete the design and construction in an extremely short time frame and also to beat the looming construction price escalation. The result is that the project was completed on time and within the budget of $800,000
