The 25,000 sf new Community Hospice facility features 16 private patient rooms with space for future expansion. Each patient room is designed with private bath, vaulted ceilings, residential lighting, ceramic tile and wood finishes, integrated oxygen, nurse call system, and private storage. The goal for the project was to provide each resident with a homelike atmosphere. The outdoor environment includes an integrated boardwalk with lush landscaping that allows patients to immerse themselves into pleasant and peaceful surroundings.

This innovative design is being used as the base model for new Community Hospice facilities through-out northeast Florida.
