Christopher Noel, AIA, LEED AP, President

Christopher Noel was born in Burlington, Vermont where he resided until 1999, when he and his wife Rachel moved south seeking the warmth and sunshine of Jacksonville. Prior to relocating, Mr. Noel completed his Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering from Vermont Technical College in 1991, followed by his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Norwich University in 1998. 

While living in Vermont, Chris worked for both small and large Architecture firms, with each experience reinforcing his passion for Architecture. In 1999 he joined TTV Architects, a full-service architectural firm providing services for various types and sizes of projects throughout the Southern United States. Chris became President of the firm in 2023. He serves as the Lead Architect for clients such as: U.S. General Services Administration, Mayo Clinic, CSX, University of Florida, Department of Military Affairs, FL Department of Management, and many others.

Chris has served on various Boards/Committees in the community including:

  • American Institute of Architects (AIA) Florida– 2010 Board of Directors representing Jacksonville Chapter
  • American Institute of Architects (AIA)– Past Board of Directors & 2009 Jacksonville Chapter President 
  • Mellen C. Greeley, AIA Foundation – Past Board of Directors
  • Jax Pride- Past Board of Directors 
  • Meninak- Secretary & Board of Directors – 2019

Chris has been married to his wife, Rachel, since 1994, and has three children: Jillian, Griffin, and Elijah. He and his family currently live in San Marco. 

Jessica Vu, CFO, Office Manager

Jessica Vu was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL. After attending the University of Florida she went on to earn a degree in Computer Animation. Shortly after graduating she moved to Southern California where she spent 10 years working with children with Autism, obtained a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Jessica joined TTV Architects in 2017 as our office Manager and in 2023 she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Vu serves as our amazing liaison between all of the in-house architects, consultants and clients with superlative efficiency, organization and methodology.

Jessica and her husband Ryan love to travel. They had a beautiful destination wedding in Jamaica and currently reside in Neptune Beach with their rescue dog, Rudy.

Tri Vu, President Emeritus, Founder, Architect, Interior Designer

Tri Vu brings to TTV Architects, Inc. the knowledge of a master builder, skills of a craftsman, and the eye of a poet. He began his career in 1979 working for world-renowned architect, E. Fay Jones, best known for creating one of the most important buildings in the 20th Century, the Thorncrown Chapel in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

Tri’s experience encompasses all phases of design – from due diligence studies, to schematic design and construction administration. He has built his reputation on his ability to create innovative designs and combine them with skillful execution. The results of his work are environments that incorporate strong themes of functionality, spatial continuity, materials, and detail. 

Tri earned his Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Arkansas in 1980 and studied business management at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business in New Hampshire. Tri has called the U.S. home since 1975 when he arrived as a refugee from Vietnam with his family. He married Lori in 1979 and enjoys traveling the world, exploring different cultures, and trying all varieties of cuisine.

Lori Orton, CFO Advisor, Founder

Lori Orton has been employed at TTV Architects Inc. since its beginnings in 1994.  Ms. Orton received her B.A. from the University of Arkansas, majoring in French and Spanish and where she became Phi Beta Kappa.  She received her M.A. in French from Washington University in St. Louis. Her first “real job” out of college was with McIlroy Bank in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where she took classes in banking, accounting, marketing, public relations, and HR.  

Since joining TTV Architects, Lori has taken numerous courses and workshops through the Society for Design Administration, the Small Business Administration, and Ajera accounting software.

Lori has been married to Tri over 40 years and has two children, Nicholas and Jessica.
