Tri T. Vu, AIA, brings to TTV Architects, Inc. the knowledge of a master builder, the skills of a craftsman, and the eye of a poet. He began his career in 1979 working for world-renowned architect, E. Fay Jones, best known for Creating one of the most important buildings in the 20th Century, the Thorncrown Chapel in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Today, Tri’s experience encompasses all phases of design – from due diligence studies to schematic design and construction administration. He has built his reputation on his ability to create innovative designs and combine them with skillful execution. The results of his work are environments that incorporate strong themes of functionality, spatial continuity, materials and detail.
Tri earned his Bachelor’s of Architecture from the University of Arkansas in 1980 and studied business management at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business in New Hampshire.
Chief Financial Officer
Lori Orton, SDA, has been employed at TTV Architects Inc. since its beginnings in 1994. As Chief Financial Officer, Lori is responsible for the administration of the firm as well as marketing and specifications. Ms. Orton received her B.A. from the University of Arkansas, majoring in French and Spanish and where she became Phi Beta Kappa. She received her M.A. in French from Washington University in St. Louis. Since that time, Lori has become an active member of the Society of Design Administration, where she receives training courses, seminars, and workshops in the specialized administration necessary for the design field.
Senior Vice President
Christopher Noel graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Norwich University where he was a Norwich University Presidential Fellow, Chapter President of Alpha Rho Chi (Architectural Honor Society), recipient of the AIA Henry Adams Medal. Since joining the firm, in 1999, he has focused on work within all of the firm’s market sectors including projects such as the FBC – Children’s Building and an award winning design for the Star Ferry Terminal in Hong Kong.
Chris is actively involved within the design community in Jacksonville. He is the past president of the Jacksonville Chapter of the AIA and a past member of the JAXPRIDE board of directors.
Thomas Gentry joined TTV Architects in 2004. He earned Bachelors of Science in Architecture from the Ohio State University and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mr. Gentry has been working in the architectural design ?eld since 1998. He is a project manager who has a wide range of technical and problem solving skills. He is well versed in building code analysis and research and serves as the Lead Code, MEP, and LEED Coordinator within the ?rm. Mr. Gentry serves as the project manager for the majority of TTV’s continuing annual contracts: City of Jacksonville, University of North Florida, James A Haley Veterans’ Medical Center, Duval County School Board, and JEA. He is experienced in all phases of a project: design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration, with particular emphasis in healthcare and renovation construction projects.
